When we Ship

Little Prince ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from their facility in Aurora, Oregon, aiming for same-week delivery on all orders

Ship Weeks & Week Numbers

An order's Ship Week is when it is boxed and shipped to you. When placing your order, you will be asked to select a Ship Week. Weeks run Monday-Sunday, and each week of the year is numbered 1 through 52, starting in January.

Active Orders

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email from info@farmerbailey.com shortly after placing your order. You will also receive an Acknowledgement email from Little Prince within 48 hours.

 

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be placed by the Wednesday before your scheduled ship week.

Shipping

Freight Charges

All Little Prince orders are shipped from their facility Aurora, OR using a combination of wood excelsior and corrugated cardboard to ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy! They don't use any packing peanuts or plastic in their packaging.
Orders for different ship weeks must be placed separately. 

 

Orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping in Extreme Weather

Sometimes Little Prince may recommend delaying shipment if the weather is too extreme. During cold weather they may include a small heat pack (free of charge) if they feel it’s necessary. Little Prince assumes the risk of shipping during cold/hot weather conditions. Happiness, guaranteed!

CLAIMS

 

Damaged Items

As carefully as orders are packed, damaged foliage can happen during shipping. Don’t worry, the healthy root system will promote new growth. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please take photos upon arrival, and if your plant doesn’t bounce back, email auntie.joan@littleprinceoforegon.com for a remedy.

Filing a Claim

If you are unhappy with what you've received, please email auntie.joan@littleprinceoforegon.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the plants, and a description of the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
