Ready to Ship are flash sales of plugs that are immediately available to ship to you.

These flash sales most often occur on Fridays, after all custom-grown plug orders have shipped for the week. Ready to Ship are extra trays, grown as insurance in addition to custom-grown plug orders.

Look for a banner at the top of www.farmerbailey.com on Fridays, or check the Farmer Bailey Instagram for updates about timing and status of Ready to Ship.

Ready to Ship flash sales often sell out very soon after they are posted.

We receive the list of surplus trays after all custom orders have shipped. Due to time constraints, we are not able to provide previews of Ready to Ship inventory.

Ready to Ship trays may include partial trays from Gro 'n Sell's surplus availability. If you receive a partial tray, you will be automatically credited for any missing plugs after your order ships.

We encourage you to order all of your plugs well in advance to secure your preferred varieties and Ship Weeks. Ready to Ship plug trays are Final Sale, and cannot be cancelled or changed.

1)  On Friday morning, log into your free account at www.farmerbailey.com and confirm that your email, shipping and billing addresses are correct.  

2)  On Friday, log in to your account and click the Ready to Ship Collection page just before Noon Eastern Time / 11am Central Time / 10am Mountain Time / 9am Pacific Time.  

Please note - Ready to Ship plugs may be listed later than Noon Eastern Time on Fridays. These are extra trays and we receive the list of availability at different times from the grower. If no trays are listed, please check back later.

3)  Fifteen minutes before the Ready to Ship sale begins, a Waiting Room page provided by CrowdHandler will go live on the Ready to Ship Collection page. 

4)  Once the countdown ends and the sale begins, everyone in the Waiting Room will be randomly assigned a position in the Queue. There is no advantage to arriving very early to the Waiting Room. Everyone who joins the Waiting Room after the sale has begun will join at the end of the Queue.

Due to extremely high demand for Ready to Ship plug trays, we have instituted a waiting room system provided by CrowdHandler, a software service that operates within our Shopify store.

CrowdHandler limits the number of people who can shop the sale at one time, allowing each customer time to choose their trays carefully and without unnecessary stress.

Please only click on the Ready to Ship link with ONE device. Starting multiple sessions will invalidate your Queue position once you have an assigned number.

Because Shopify does not offer a way to Hold a Product in your Cart, trays can and will vanish if another customer purchases them first.

Limiting the amount of people shopping simultaneously helps reduce instances of this disappearing act.

Once the sale begins, CrowdHandler will assign everyone present in the Waiting Room a random number in the queue. There is no advantage to arriving very early in the Waiting Room. Don't refresh your screen or open Ready to Ship link in a new tab or device once the Queue is open - it will start a new separate session and you will lose your position.

Everyone who joins the Waiting Room after the sale has begun will join at the end of the Queue. 

CrowdHandler is a software service that works within www.FarmerBailey.com to manage traffic and ensure website functionality during high-demand sales.

Click on the Ready to Ship link from ONE device only. Opening sessions on multiple devices will cause you to lose your Queue position.

Keeping your place in line once the queue has begun requires observing a few best practices:

1) Stay in the waiting room (e.g. remain connected in the waiting room, which will automatically hold your queue location which is checked every minute)

- OR -

1) Only follow links within www.farmerbailey.com to extend the session. Don't leave the site, open an unrelated URL or surf with impunity without losing your spot in line;

- AND -

2) Prevent your computer or phone from going to sleep due to inactivity;

- AND-

3) Don't close your browser.

Choose your trays and check out within four minutes. Shopify does not offer a way to Hold a Product in Cart, and trays in your Cart will vanish if another customer purchases them first.

Do not use your Back button to navigate the site, as this will send you back into the Waiting Room. Your order is complete when you have received a Confirmation Email from info@farmerbailey.com.

Each customer's waiting room has a unique token in the footer of the waiting room, starting with "tok." Please cut and paste this unique token and send it in the body of an email to info@farmerbailey.com, and we will work with CrowdHandler customer service to get to the root of the problem.

All Ready to Ship plug trays are final sale. They cannot be canceled, modified, or combined with other orders.
