Were your plugs damaged in shipping?
This is a sad fact of shipping plugs, and we do apologize for the inconvenience! Gro-N-Sell would love to hear about this. To file a claim, send them an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the damage and any photos you may have. It would also be helpful to include the colored sticker on your packing slip, as it corresponds with the employee who has packed the box. Gro-N-Sell will let me know when the credit is processed and I will refund you accordingly.
Please file claims within 24 hours of the arrival of your box.
