We do not accept returns of any kind.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 
Farmer Bailey retains a 10% fee for all canceled items. Cancellation policies differ by producer and can be found on the Everything You Need to Know page of the appropriate catalog. Your items are not considered canceled until you have received a confirmation email from Farmer Bailey. Please note that all sales of Dutch Peony Roots are final and cannot be canceled. 

SALES TAX
Farmer Bailey cannot refund sales tax paid on orders placed before a valid sales tax exemption certificate has been submitted. If you think that you are being charged sales tax erroneously, email us at info@farmerbailey.com before placing your order. More information can be found here. 

DISCOUNT CODES 
Orders purchased in full or in part using Farmer Bailey issued discount codes are not eligible for changes or modifications of any kind. 

PAYPAL EXPRESS
Refunds associated with cancellations, exchanges and claims on transactions completed via PayPal Express may only be eligible for credit at www.FarmerBailey.com.

CLAIMS
Never file a claim with the carrier directly, as this will delay resolution. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving your order.

PHOTO DISCLAIMER 
Our photos are non-contractual examples of how our products might appear when they bloom. While we make every effort to provide accurate photos of each product, we cannot guarantee that your blooms will be exact visual matches to the photos on our website every time. Some crops naturally vary in shape or color depending on their environment, responding strongly to differences in light intensity, temperature, stage of harvest, day length, soil fertility and pH. These factors may affect height, color, petal count, and petal texture to name a few. We will not issue refunds for any product determined to be correctly labeled even if it varies slightly from the photo on our website.

RECEIVING
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info when your order ships. Follow the tracking, and make every effort to be home when your order arrives. Farmer Bailey is not responsible for product that is left unreceived, stolen after delivery, or that perishes in an unopened box. 

REROUTING 
If your order already has a printed shipping label and must be rerouted, you will be charged a $30 fee. You will be sent an invoice via email, which must be paid before the delivery can be rerouted.
