Roseanne is so odd, you can't help but love her. This is the only double flowered series to come in these designer shades. The green is a vibrant chartreuse. Black Pearl is a velvety deep purple. Brown is a rosy-beige. Deep Brown is a plummy-maroon. These earthy tones are hard to describe. You may find a small percentage of "off-types" in this series, particularly the brown. They have a rigid form, which some don't care for, but the colors are reason enough to grow them. High end floral designers can't get enough of them. The less savvy farmers' market customer may think they are dead. These are my favorite series, in all the colors. Bred by Sakata.
