If you’ve logged into your new wholesale account and noticed that your order history is missing, don’t worry! Rest assured, your order history is safe and secure. All pending orders have been received and acknowledged. Your order history will be available in your Company account by early 2025—no action is required on your part.
You might be wondering, "That's great, but how can I see what’s coming this spring?" Good news! Every Gro ‘n Sell, Plug Connection, and Terra Nova order comes with an automated Order Acknowledgement (ACK) email from the plug grower. You can locate these Order Acknowledgements by searching your inbox for emails with “ACK” in the subject line.
Any changes or updates to your orders will trigger a new ACK email with a fresh PDF reflecting the modifications. Please note that changes such as swapped varieties or revised shipping weeks due to backorders might not be reflected on FarmerBailey.com, so your ACK email is the most reliable source for the latest version of your order.
