A lover of organization, spreadsheets, and crossing items off to-do lists, Thomas works alongside Bailey to oversee the non-floral aspects of Farmer Bailey. He particularly enjoys assisting new farmers with business-related questions and tackling technical issues on farmerbailey.com.

Thomas's background is in pastry, events, and catering, having studied and worked as a pastry chef after college. After founding Ardelia Farm & Co. with Bailey in 2014, he ran the bakery side of the business, selling pastries at several area farmers' markets, providing wedding and special occasion cakes throughout New England, and curating events in their event barn. Thomas enjoyed a brief stint in the spotlight, competing on Food Network's Chopped Sweets and FOX's Crime Scene Kitchen. But now, he's happy to live a quiet life in Madeira, Portugal. When not working, Thomas enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and growing vegetables alongside Bailey's flowers.

Ally's flower farming journey began in 2018 when she graduated from college and started working at Thomas and Bailey's flower farm in Vermont! She transitioned to working for Farmer Bailey in 2021. A native of Worcester, Massachusetts, she loves to travel, sing, run, and raise sheep on her homestead in northern Vermont. 

Felicia D'Ambrosio brings her hospitality and communications background to the Farmer Bailey and Garden Club brands, creating content and keeping up the conversation with customers on social media and at events. A longtime Philadelphian, she co-founded Federal Donuts in 2011. Her loves—dancing, thrifted outfits, road trips, and one too many rock concerts— are rivaled only by her favorite flower: the fragrant, radiant Sweet Pea.

Hilary has been a plant lover since the moment she picked bluet bouquets for her stuffed animals. Hilary has been working in farming and education contexts for over 20 years. She lives at Morey Hill Farm in Craftsbury, Vermont, growing specialty cut flowers with her partner Dave and her son Elijah. You can find her growing weird plants, collecting dahlias, and throwing pottery.

Bobby Bowen planted his inaugural garden when he was seven years old with the guiding hands of his parents. Through years of trial and error, experimentation, and an insatiable thirst for horticultural knowledge, he has refined his growing expertise. Bobby continually seeks out new challenges in the garden, sourcing seeds from across the globe to try and grow in his freezing zone 5b climate.

In his role as horticultural consultant, he leverages these experiences and collaborates closely with Bailey to discover new and exciting varieties for you to grow in your personal gardens or cut flower fields.

Charles Capaldi serves as Farmer Bailey’s Director of Finance & Accounting, despite a background that better prepared him to herd sheep, translate obscure languages, grow food, write stories, and disappear into foreign countries. Charles spends an alarming amount of time thinking about cash flow, margins, spreadsheets, and whether the rest of the company has secretly conspired to make all three more interesting. A homestead farmer, he is particularly fond of aconitum, or monkshood—beautiful, slightly sinister, and poisonous—which may explain why nobody argues with Finance about the budget; within the Farmer Bailey universe, he is considerably more safely besotted with mock orange and tweedia.

As the daughter of a flower farmer, Isabella's life has been steeped in the trade since she was two years old. She currently splits her time between Southern Oregon, where she runs a small floral studio, Jacklily Design; and the Northeast, where she works part-time with the Morey Hill Farm crew and enjoys quality co-working with fellow Vermont-based members of the Farmer Bailey team. Isabella loves being outside on foot, bike or skis, ideally accompanied by a dog or two.

As the newest member of the Farmer Bailey customer service team, Edan brings valuable experience in sales and service to his role. The flower world is new to him, but he has jumped right in with curiosity, humor, and professionalism.

When he is off the clock, you can find him working on his house, riding his dual-sport motorcycle around the backroads of New England, or pouring beautiful latte art at the local coffee shop.
