Account types
Farms & Other Businesses may apply for a wholesale B2B (Business to Business) account here in order to be eligible for tax free ordering. We will review your application within 5 business days. If approved, you will receive an email containing a secure link to upload your resale tax exemption certificate. Until this certificate is received and validated, you will be subject to state sales tax.
Non-Business customers can enter their email address on the Login Page to create a customer account and begin ordering immediately. Non-business customers are subject to state sales tax.

Ship Weeks & Week Numbers
"Ship Week" refers to the time frame in which an order is boxed and shipped to you. Ship Weeks run Monday through Sunday, and each week of the year is numbered 1 through 52, starting in January. When placing your order, you will always be asked to select a Ship Week.

Shortages & Backorders
We do everything in our power to ship your order to you within the ship week you selected. However, due to the complex nature of growing and shipping live baby plants, shortages and backorders are sometimes a reality. If your order is changed for any reason you will hear from us via email. In the case of a shortage, we will work with you to find a suitable substitute or process a refund.
Cancellations
Farmer Bailey retains a 10% fee for all canceled orders and trays. This cancellation fee does not apply in the case of tray substitutions. Please see each catalog's info page for specific cancellation policies.
Shipping
Tracking
You will receive a shipping notification (with tracking information) when the shipping label has been created for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to go live after you receive it. Follow the tracking, and make every effort to be home to receive the plugs when they arrive. The customer is solely responsible for product that is left unreceived, stolen after delivery, or that perishes in an unopened box.
Re-Routing Fee
In the event that an order's shipping address needs to be updated after the order has entered the shipping process, a $30 re-routing fee will be charged. This will be issued via email invoice, which must be paid before the address can be updated.
*In the event that a customer entered an incorrect shipping address and does not discover this until after the order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for 100% of the freight change to have the box picked up and re-shipped to the new address. Claims are not accepted in these cases.
PayPal Express
Refunds associated with cancellations, exchanges, shortages and claims on transactions completed via PayPal Express may only be eligible for credit at www.FarmerBailey.com.
Discount codes
Orders purchased in full or in part using Farmer Bailey issued discount codes are not eligible for changes or modifications of any kind.
