Mum-ent of Glory Photo Contest: Official Rules

1. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and have a valid mailing address in the contiguous 48 states. Employees of Farmer Bailey Inc. and 3 Porch Farm, their affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
2. Contest Period. Entries are accepted from [October 28, 2026 at 9:00am Pacific] through [December 4, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific]. Entries of 3 Porch Mums submitted during the Summer Snaps photo contest will be automatically re-entered to win this prize.
3. How to Enter. Submit one or more photos of chrysanthemums grown from 3 Porch Farm heirloom rooted cuttings, purchased through Farmer Bailey. Use the Farmer Bailey Image Uploader Form: HERE
4. Prize. Two (2) winners will each receive one full box of 3 Porch Farm heirloom chrysanthemum rooted cuttings (12 plants per box), provided by 3 Porch Farm. Approximate retail value: $95.00 per box. Prizes ship for the 2027 growing season on 3 Porch Farm’s standard shipping schedule. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. An impartial jury of aesthetically minded professionals will choose the winners. Winners will be notified by email within three (3) days of selection, and their photos will be featured on Farmer Bailey’s Instagram and Blog.
6. Use of Entries. By entering, you grant Farmer Bailey and 3 Porch Farm the right to use your entry, name and likeness for advertising and promotion without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
7. General Terms. Farmer Bailey reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures or other factors beyond its control affect the contest’s integrity. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Vermont.
