New Lisianthus for 2025
Brand new varieties Feminine, Macherie, and Macherina are the latest look in Lisianthus. Their abundant flowers on long, thin stems are the ideal filler for breezy summer bouquets with a "wildflower" feel. Uniquely pointed petals set these carefree blooms apart from every other type of Lisianthus in our catalogs.
Bred by Sumika of Japan, these fresh varieties do not have designated Bloom Group numbers. We welcome feedback from our customers who trial these in 2025. Single-flowered types are an excellent candidate for field growing, as their simpler petal structure does not hold rain like the larger ruffled doubles.
